Revision Policy
We provide revisions based on the package you have selected. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions, as we revise their websites without any additional charges, provided that the theme and layout remain the same. The turnaround time for revisions is 48–72 hours.
Turn Around Time
Web Byte Blitz has a turnaround time of 48–72 hours for most web development services. Please note that this is not the complete timeframe for a project; it only applies to a single iteration of the development stage. Depending on the type of service, the time required for revisions may vary from a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours, equating to two working days.
For example
- Website orders placed or revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
- Website orders placed or revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to a refund after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or a change is requested, unless Web Byte Blitz cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- You can make a request when the initial designs for the website are offered. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial layout, the refund offer becomes void, and the refund request will not be entertained.
- If the request for a refund is made before the delivery of the initial layout, you will be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
- If the request for a refund is made within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
- If the request for a refund is made between 48–120 hours of the initial layout delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
- No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial layout delivery. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us in case of any concerns.
- No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing it. However, if you wish to reactivate your website order, a reactivation fee will apply depending on the project.
- No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
- If a client requests a refund due to a change of mind or any other personal reason, they will not be eligible for a refund. However, we can issue store credit, which can be used for another service.
- For website packages, no refund will be provided once website development has been completed, or the website has been deployed live.
- Refunds are only processed for orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed website orders with multiple agencies for the same job to claim a refund, we do not consider this good faith. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
- For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the storyboard design has been completed.
- All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Web Byte Blitz reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on a review of the user agreement.
- For Web Byte Blitz custom packages, refunds will be applicable under similar terms as for single packages.
- For example, if you order web design and video animation services and approve the website, you can claim a refund for the video animation service before the storyboard is designed.
- A refund request must have a valid reason supported by the website brief and customer feedback for revisions. Refunds will only be processed if the layout does not align with the brief; however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
- The money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed website orders with multiple agencies for the same job to claim a refund, we do not consider this good faith and reserve the right to decline the refund request.
- All website jobs require customer feedback before finalising the design and development. It is only fair that the customer actively participates and provides feedback to achieve the desired results.
A 100% unique website guarantee entitles you to a redraw if our developed website is found to be considerably similar to another existing website. Any resemblance to an existing website will be purely coincidental, and Web Byte Blitz will not accept responsibility or claims for compensation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their website is copyrighted.
Note: Web Byte Blitz reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract whenever deemed necessary. After a refund is issued, you will no longer have any rights to use the domain for any purpose, as it will become the sole property of Web Byte Blitz. The company will retain full ownership of the website.
Services unrelated to website development are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered under our 100% money-back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a package deal, it cannot be used as a reason to request a refund on the entire package.

How to Claim Your Refund
To ensure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements.

- We will try to resolve your concern by our revision policy immediately, or else we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your website copyrights would be obtained by The Web Byte Blitz, and you would not be able to use the website design sent by the company. Let us also specify that:
- Since the website rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
- Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, The Web Byte Blitz would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the website as its original layout in the future.

My Account
The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate with us. It is your sole responsibility to check your account regularly to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer.
Failure to check or use the My Account area frequently will not be considered a valid reason for a refund. However, if you are unsure how to use this feature, you may contact our customer support team at any time for assistance.
Communication Policy

- We are not responsible for any damages, issues, or delays resulting from communication through unauthorised channels not provided by us.
- We take full responsibility for all information shared through our official domains.

Delivery Policy
- The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated in the Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent.
- The turnaround time will be according to the package; the minimum time required is two business days.
- Websites will only be made live once all dues have been cleared. Under no condition will a website be made live if there are any outstanding dues.

Website Ownership & Rights
All finalised websites provided by Web Byte Blitz are done so upon the client's written request for finalisation. Once finalised, the client will receive all credentials and hold 100% ownership rights to the website.
- The client shall own the final website design in its entirety.
- All ownership rights of the finalised website will belong exclusively to the client.
- The client is free to use the finalised website as they see fit.
- However, the client will not own any materials, media, or other content generated during revision cycles leading up to the final product.
Content Creation & Population
Web Byte Blitz will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text/images) unless specifically purchased as an additional service. If content creation is included in the package:
- Web Byte Blitz will create and populate the website with content tailored to the client’s requirements.
- Text content will be created specifically for the client’s website.
- Stock imagery will be sourced from stock photo websites upon client approval.
- Product images and details must be provided by the client.
Disclaimer: Web Byte Blitz is not responsible for any similarities between stock images used on the site and those on other websites.
N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy
Web Byte Blitz does not share client project details or contact information with any third party. All client and project information remains strictly confidential at all times.
Once a project is successfully completed, both Web Byte Blitz and the client agree not to intentionally defame or disparage each other regarding matters arising after the project’s completion.
Each party agrees to refrain from (and Web Byte Blitz will take reasonable steps to ensure its officers and directors refrain from) making defamatory comments of any kind about the other party, including (in the case of Web Byte Blitz) its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners.
Record Maintenance
Web Byte Blitz retains records of finalised project deliverables and communications for future reference.
Customer Support
Our Customer Support Team is available Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT) to assist with concerns and queries over the phone. For after-hours queries, customers should submit a request via the Team Works Account section. These will be addressed on the next working day.
Technical Support Policy
Web Byte Blitz is primarily a website service and consultancy provider. We design and develop services as per client requirements. Some of our packages include technical components such as website deployment and email setup. However, our responsibility is limited to basic guidance—we do not provide extensive training or installation services unless explicitly stated.
Website Deployment
- Web Byte Blitz will deploy the website on a hosting server provided by us or a third-party server provided by the client.
- Hosting services provided by Web Byte Blitz are offered free of charge as an added feature but are acquired from a third-party provider.
- If the client chooses to host the website on a third-party server, Web Byte Blitz is not responsible for any server or hosting-related issues.
- There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and Web Byte Blitz for technical support or service outages, unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.
Website Content Management System (CMS)
- Web Byte Blitz will provide the client with a user manual to operate the CMS (Content Management System).
- Web Byte Blitz is not responsible for providing training on the use of the CMS.
Email Setup
- Web Byte Blitz will provide the client with the necessary settings and instructions for email configuration.
- However, we are not responsible for installing emails on the client’s devices.
- We do not provide technical support for email usage or troubleshooting errors, as our emails operate on open servers that are accessible by all service providers.
- Web Byte Blitz holds no responsibility for the client’s inability to install, configure, or use email services effectively.
